Description

The BioMechanics Method advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-AdCES) course enables fitness, exercise and health professionals who have completed The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES) course to improve, refine and solidify their skills and knowledge in The BioMechanics Method.

The TBMM-AdCES course builds upon the foundational skills taught in the TBMM-CES course, and is specifically designed to expand your corrective exercise expertise by teaching you how to analyze clients for common movement impairments and target identified movement issues with advanced corrective exercise programming. In addition to learning advanced analysis and program design techniques, the TBMM-AdCES course also provides an opportunity for individuals to demonstrate their comprehension of and proficiency in The BioMechanics Method approach to corrective exercise and claim their status as an advanced corrective exercise specialist.

Please note that completion of The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES) or The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES) Bridging program is also required in order to be eligible to receive the advanced corrective exercise credential (TBMM-AdCES).
